The speakers of the webinar were Prof Jayadeva Uyangoda, Emeritus Professor of Political Science, University of Colombo and Dr S Y Surendra Kumar, Associate Professor of Political Science, University of Bangalore. The discussion was moderated by Gazi Hassan, Senior Research Associate, CPPR.
