Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR) proudly marks two decades of innovation, impact, and excellence in public policy research. Established in 2004 by a group of eight passionate college students, CPPR has grown into a leading independent think tank dedicated to fostering open dialogue, policy innovation, and institutional transformation. Our work spans diverse areas, including Urban Reform, Livelihood, Education, Health, Governance, Law, and International Relations & Security, all driven by our commitment to primary research and data-driven approaches.
As we celebrate this significant milestone, we are excited to launch the “20th Anniversary Visionary Series,” a year-long initiative that showcases our thought leadership and continued dedication to driving positive change and delivering impactful policy solutions for societal transformation. This series of events and programs will include efforts to inform, educate, discuss, deliberate, and influence public policy and governance.
The 20th Anniversary Visionary Series was launched by the Hon. Mayor of Kochi Corporation, Adv. M Anil Kumar, and the first event of the series featured a lecture on “India’s Democracy: Evolution and Challenges” by Prof. Ashutosh Varshney, Sol Goldman Professor of International Studies and the Social Sciences and Professor of Political Science at Brown University, USA.
