The Candidate should be –
- Post Graduate in Urban Planning, Urban Policy and Governance or transportation.
- Good data interpretation skills and possess clarity in research methodology
- Ability to write research papers and articles effectively
- Minimum 4 years of relevant (public policy) experience.
