Dr. D. Dhanuraj, Chairman of the Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR), delivered a technical session on “Identifying Appropriate Technology for Different Stages of Elections” at the International Conference on Model Standards for Election Technology, organised by the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Kerala, in association with the India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM). The session explored the role of context-appropriate technologies across different stages of the electoral process, highlighting the need for secure, transparent, and trustworthy election systems.
