D Dhanuraj, Chairman of the Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR), shared his views on the proposed oceanarium project in Kochi in an article published by The New Indian Express. While acknowledging the city’s potential for such a landmark attraction, he emphasised the importance of a clear implementation strategy.

According to Dhanuraj,

“Even though the chief minister has announced this project, nobody really knows how it will be implemented. We need a blueprint first.”

He further noted,

“A project like an oceanarium will require massive funding and proper planning. Let’s hope it does not end up as yet another dream on paper.”
