Antony Dawson D’silva is one of the founding members of CPPR. Dawson holds a PhD from the Centre for European Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). He also holds an MPhil from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He did his Master’s in Political Science from the University of Hyderabad. Dawson is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the Department of Political Science, Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam, where he teaches courses on International Relations and Global Politics.

Rosemary K Abraham is a Director at the Ministry of Finance of the Government of India. She is an IES (Indian Economic Service) officer which she attained with top honours. Rose has an MA and MPhil in Economics from Hyderabad Central University. Her areas of interest and expertise are in Energy, Financial Markets, Infrastructure, Education, Public Finance and Capital Markets.

Jubin Jose is a GCC based financial and investment advisor and works with one of the leading global insurance companies. He has an impressive track record in Investment Portfolio Management and is also an Investment Advisor to one of the largest GCC focused funds listed on the London Stock Exchange. Jubin holds an MA in Economics from Madras Christian College, Chennai and a Master of Business Finance from Indian Institute of Finance, New Delhi.

Saritha Varma is a Trustee and also Principal Advisor for Human Resources Management at CPPR. She has an MBA (with specialisation in Human Resources Management) from Christ University, Bangalore. Before joining CPPR, she was with Hema Ravichandar Strategic HR Advisory, Bangalore and HR Cornucopia Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore.

Lakshmi Ramamurthy serves as an Honorary Trustee (Data Analytics & Corporate Management) at the Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR). With over 18 years of experience, Lakshmi is an expert in data analytics across sectors including public transport, insurance, information technology, retail, and public policy. Her research and policy interests span urban mobility, gender equity, and education.

Lakshmi holds a postgraduate degree in Econometrics from the University of Madras in Chennai.

Currently, she leads a Data & Analytics team within a state government department in Australia, applying her expertise to develop data-driven solutions that address public sector challenges.

Nissy Solomon is the Hon. Trustee (Research & Programs) at the Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR), where she oversees research initiatives across health, education, mobility, and livelihoods, with a focus on governance and policy reform. She holds masters’ degrees in both economics and public policy, and enjoys mentoring young professionals and early-career researchers to engage effectively with the policymaking process.

Her work has been featured on leading media outlets like Deccan Herald, Hindustan Times, The Indian Express, and Moneycontrol, where she writes on a wide spectrum of policy issues.
