CPPR in association with the US Consulate will host Judge Victoria Kolakowski, as part of the US Consulate’s LGBTQI Pride Month programmes. This would be a virtual interaction.
Judge Victoria Kolakowski is the first openly transgender trial judge in the US. She is also the President of the International Association of LGBT Judges.
