The Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR) is an independent, policy research organization influencing policy changes through objective analysis and actionable ideas in urban reforms, education, governance, social development, and international relations.

The Centre for Strategic Studies (CSS) under CPPR has scheduled to organise a seminar on the emerging dynamics of counter terrorism in South Asia.  We are privileged to have Dr. Arabinda Acharya , Associate Professor at the College of International Security Affairs, National Defense University, USA as the Keynote Speaker on the topic – A Caliphate in South Asia?

Dr. Arabinda Acharya  specializes in political violence and terrorism, regionalism, human security and cyber security. Acharya holds a PhD in International Relations from Deakin University in Australia, a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from Nanayang Technological University in Singapore, and a Master of Arts in Political Science. He is also the author of many books on the areas of his expertise.
