Since the emergence of the nation-state system, the world has witnessed some of the major developments that have shaped our present international system. Events such as World Wars, Cold War, the formation of the League of Nations, the United Nations and various other international organisations and groupings have significantly impacted the working of the international system.
It is in this context, a course on Diplomacy and Global Affairs will help you understand how diplomacy has evolved in the changing international system and various interlinkages with which the whole world is knitted together.
