CPPR-FNF Teacher Training Workshops in Kozhikode, Kochi and Trivandrum

Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR) in collaboration with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF) will be organising a two-day residential workshop for faculty members of Kerala educational institutions on Critical Analysis of Public Policy and Economics. The workshop is an intensive training programme that will equip educators to nurture the leaders of tomorrow. It offers an alternative thinking to the public perceptions of liberty and will contextualise the grand theories with case studies, providing basic information about the economy: what well-functioning markets accomplish, their limits as well as an exploration into the impact of government intervention. This workshop will empower the participants to be critical thinkers with a nuanced understanding of economic policies.

Eligibility: Assistant Professors or Guest Faculty from the discipline of Economics with 1-5 years of teaching experience. Participation is based on invite only. If you are interested to participate, kindly write to [email protected]
