- Liaison with partners for organize the conferences.
- Developing implementation strategies.
- Coordinate with partners to fix venue.
- Coordinate Government representative to ensure their participation.
- Manage Media Participation.
- Answering calls, data entry, conference coordination, meeting organizing, answering general EE inquires from public.
- Attending local meetinngs with leadership or staff as avialable and drafting meeting notes.
- Coordinating, create or update project communication including updating and compiling print materials for events and coordinating travel.
- Work with manager on a day to day basis.
- Prepare agenda for the meeting.
- Write notes of minutes of the meeting.
- Make arrangements for the meetings.
- Support the manger on daily basis on different activities.
