The two-day workshop on ‘Commercial Dispute Resolution’ kickstarts today at 9:30 am at Senate Hall, Hotel Avenue Regent, Kochi. Aneish Rajan IRS, Deputy Commissioner, Customs, will give the inaugural address. K Sathyan, Member Secretary and District Judge, Kerala Legal Service Authority will deliver keynote address.
Expert trainers Paul Randolph (Barrister/Mediator at Field Court Chambers, UK) and Spenser Hilliard (Mediator at Field Court Chambers, UK) will present the sessions. This is the third and final leg of the workshop aimed at developing resource pool on commercial dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration) in India. The previous editions were held in Bengaluru (January 20–21) and Chennai (January 23–24) and attended by judicial officers, legal heads, entrepreneurs and practitioners.
