Internship Programmes

The core purpose of CPPR is facilitating 'solutions to change.' We believe that combined effort and focused actions are crucial to the realization of such a process. The conscious efforts of socially responsible citizens are essential to set a pace of change in the society.
 
We invite people to get involved by dedicating their time, talents and creative skills to the cause of forming a transformed society, enriched by democratic and secular principles. CPPR has facilitated interns from India and abroad. From month-long internships to 1-year periods, the opportunities are aplenty.

Centre for Public Policy Research invites internships under the following categories:
1. Urban Reforms
  (a) Nationalisation of bus routes
  (b) City Corporation legislations
  (c) Model legislation in India for likes of  Land Transport Authority Singapore
2. Transport and Mobility
3. Law
4. Education
5. Environment
6. Governance
7. Health
8. Livelihood.
9. Sports legislations
 
We offer the following:

In addition, we strive to get quality articles published in local dailies. Those interested in part-time jobs or volunteering are also encouraged to apply.

Eligibility: Graduation or enrolled in a graduate programme.

Duration: Six weeks to three months
 
Commitment: 30 to 150 working hours

Digital RTI Mission
Digital RTI Mission is a project by Centre for Public Policy Research which aims at making Kerala the first RTI digital state of India and later expanding it to the rest of India.

L3 (Law, Liberty & Livelihood)
This project aims to study the livelihood regulations and entry level barriers for informal sectors in 63 Indian cities.The project is supported by Sri Dorabji Tata Trust and implemented in partnership with Centre for Civil Society (CCS).
